Thinker’s Studio (Taipei, TAIWAN),Dance Nucleus (Singapore), and Pineapple Lab (Manila, Philippines) presents “Connect with South East Asia 2.0 ( Gender & Sexuality )：Residency Onsite & Online”.
Our international hybrid residency is back with the theme of ‘Gender & Sexuality.’
In the second year of the project, we seek to initiate a new form of international working under the pandemic. Through being online and onsite, we seek to make the whole residency process and experience as accessible to the public as possible. In the meantime, open the possibility for artists, professionals, organizations and people in different parts of the world to share, connect and communicate.
This year, although the pandemic is still with us, it couldn’t limit our intention to create a broader network and deepen our conversations of gender and sexuality in different societies. We gathered a group of artists from six different Southeast Asia cities to develop or adapt ideas and collaborate internationally.
